Job summary

Aprio Talent Advisory is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and billing processes in Rockville, MD. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and assist with audits, including drafting financial statements and notes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
