Job summary

SGA Dental Partners in Richmond Hill, GA is hiring a Senior Accountant to ensure accuracy of financial data used in statements and reports. The role partners with the Finance team on month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis across entities.

You will support audits, tax prep, and the integration of acquisitions while building expertise in Sage Intacct and other key systems. Strong Excel, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (corporate accounting preferred).
  • Experience with Sage Intacct.
  • General ledger and month-end close experience.
  • Experience in a multi-entity corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Post journal entries, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.
  • Support monthly variance analysis and budgeting.
  • Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
  • Support integration of acquired entities.
  • Develop expertise in Sage Intacct and related systems.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Handle other accounting duties as assigned.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and validity of financial data used to generate financial statements and management reports. This position will provide an opportunity to join a successful, rapidly growing dental services organization that has partnered with a reputable private equity investor in the industry.
