Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Renton, WA on-site to directly collaborate with leadership on high-impact accounting projects. You will manage complex multifamily portfolio accounting, including property and corporate billbacks, and drive process improvements using Yardi and advanced Excel.

You will contribute to intercompany accounting and institutional reporting, supporting close processes and ensuring accuracy across the organization.
