LeoForce in Pomona, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our manufacturing team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on leading monthly close processes, preparing financial statements, and strengthening internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, strong GAAP knowledge, and analytical, detail-oriented communication skills. CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of financial data, budget proposals, and expenditure requests.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with tax preparation and audits, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide financial advice and strategic planning support to senior management.
