CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role in the Greater Orlando area. The position involves month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and process improvements, with at least 3–5 years of experience and multi-entity exposure.

You will partner with the VP of Finance, helping drive accurate reporting and operational improvements while balancing a flexible schedule that requires onsite presence one day per week.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GL accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close experience.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting environment.
• CPA designation a plus; not required.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant

• Manage assigned general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and monthly and annual close activities as the Senior Accountant
• Support multi‑entity consolidations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation as the Senior Accountant
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activity while researching and resolving discrepancies as the Senior Accountant
• Analyze bank reconciliations, inventory balances, accruals, and other accounting activity to ensure accurate financial reporting as the Senior Accountant
• Partner with Finance leadership to improve month‑end close processes, reporting accuracy, and accounting procedures as the Senior Accountant
• Assist with special projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives as the Senior Accountant

Qualifications For The Senior Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month‑end close
• Experience in a multi‑entity accounting environment
• NetSuite or SAP experience preferred
• Public accounting experience and CPA designation are a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
