Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• 4-6 years of ERP system experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• General ledger accounting and reconciliations experience.
• Knowledge of sales tax compliance and reporting.
• Inventory accounting experience preferred.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Shopify and Avalara experience highly preferred.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations, prepaid expense reconciliations, and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support tax compliance activities and sales tax filings.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with ERP system administration, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Reconcile transactions from ecommerce and payment platforms.
• Manage inventory accounting and inventory reconciliations.
• Support online sales operations and related financial reporting.
• Assist with multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting.
• Work with third-party vendors, shipping providers, and payment processors.
• Prepare ecommerce-related financial analysis and reporting.
