Qualifications

• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC filings including financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A.
• Test internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Assist in the valuation and expense recognition of equity-based compensation, pension and other post-retirement benefits, preparation of goodwill and identifiable intangible annual impairment testing.
• Assist with the assessment of new SEC/GAAP pronouncements.

• Preparation of 10-Q, 10-K and other SEC filings including financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A to ensure timely and accurate filings and testing of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• Assist in the valuation and expense recognition of equity-based compensation, pension and other post-retirement benefits, preparation of goodwill and identifiable intangible annual impairment testing
• Assist with the assessment of new SEC/GAAP pronouncements

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
