Senior Accountant – Global Import/Export Company | Hybrid – Midtown NYC | $100–120K + Bonus (3%)

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant for a global, multi-billion-dollar import/export company in Midtown Manhattan. This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit team where you’ll work in a rotational accounting model — gaining exposure across business units, corporate accounting, and international operations.

You'll also support M&A, post-merger integration, and investment analysis, helping guide key financial decisions at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Manage divisional accounting for assigned global trading divisions
• Handle day-to-day transactions in SAP, consolidations via OneStream, and ensure US GAAP & IFRS compliance
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
• Analyze investments for impairment, support lease accounting, and perform balance sheet reviews
• Collaborate with controllers and subsidiary CFOs to ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Actively participate in M&A due diligence, valuation review, and new entity integrations (PMI)
• Contribute to external audits, policy updates, and special projects with the Accounting & Risk team

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (including 2+ years in public accounting or equivalent)
• CPA required
• Strong command of US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, and/or working in global wholesale, trading, or distribution a strong plus

• Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + bonus (3%)
