Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management across multiple entities.
• Partner with executives and portfolio company leadership to analyze financial results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate activities with external auditors and financial partners.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members.
