Overview

Our client is a private credit manager focused on providing secured financing to middle-market companies. The firm works with both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored businesses across a range of industries, offering flexible capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile valuation reports and supporting documents
• Support deal transaction closing process by coordinating documentation and funding
• Assist coordination of quarterly valuations performed by external pricing vendors
• Support investor and management reporting and regulatory reports
• Support and manage installation of loan operations and portfolio management systems
• Provide data for management dashboards and risk monitoring
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues across systems

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of related middle office experience
• CPA preferred

• Ability to interact with investors, auditors, and senior executives
