Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting with audit exposure preferred), and strong U.S.

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant with a blend of public accounting and private industry experience. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong technical accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.

Location: Hybrid in Mission Viejo area

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and month-end close schedules
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances
• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Partner with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate accounting
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Participate in process improvements and special projects
