Atomic Data in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead core monthly close activities, maintain the general ledger, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting internal controls.
You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to align reporting with business activities, manage ASC 606 revenue across managed services, projects, and usage-based contracts, and drive process improvements to scale a growing technology services company.
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of Atomic Data’s financial reporting. This position leads core aspects of the monthly close process, maintains the general ledger, and oversees complex accounting areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition across managed services, project-based, and usage-based revenue streams. The role is responsible for analyzing financial results, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and supporting internal controls. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations, the Senior Accountant helps align financial reporting with business activities, supports audit requirements, and drives process improvements to scale accounting operations in a growing technology services environment.
