Palermo's Pizza in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This onsite role leads key components of the month-end close, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, and provides financial analyses to guide operational and strategic decisions.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; 3–5 years of manufacturing/CPG experience; advanced Excel and familiarity with financial systems. CPA preferred.

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data.
• Support audit and compliance processes, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Located on Canal Street in Milwaukee, our headquarters sits alongside our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Menomonee River Valley.

This role will be fully onsite.
