This position will be responsible for general operations accounting duties, preparing, and recording accruals, monitoring of internal controls, audit coordination, and other ad hoc responsibilities. We’re looking for a detail‐oriented professional with strong oil & gas experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.**General Responsibilities:*** Record journal entries and support all aspects of the monthly close* Prepare quarterly and month end accruals* Analyze monthly CAPEX and OPEX results and provide insights to leadership* Conduct financial trend analysis and communicate findings to leadership* Prepare analysis and journal entries related to acquisitions and divestitures* Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls* Assist with coordination of external auditors* Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as needed**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
