Related Group, a leader in sophisticated metropolitan living, seeks a Senior Accountant in Miami. You will manage monthly closes, GL reconciliations, budgets, and reporting for multiple real estate projects while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely financial statements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in accounting, 5+ years of experience, CPA eligibility, and strong Excel/financial system skills. CPA preferred; strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or private real estate company.
• CPA required or eligible to sit for the CPA.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to prepare financial statements and disclosures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Able to work overtime as required.
