Rocket Lab USA is looking for a Senior Accountant based in Long Beach, CA, to oversee key accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong GAAP knowledge and have over 5 years of relevant experience.
This is an important role for maintaining the financial health of the organization and will involve responsibilities such as managing month-end closures, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary will be offered.
Based on‑site at Rocket Lab's global headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing key accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and the timely preparation of financial reports. The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the organization's financial health.
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
Base Pay Range (CA Only): $88,000 – $110,000 USD
