$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and overseeing the accounting operations to support the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct tax compliance activities to ensure that all tax obligations are met.
• Perform internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, including variance analysis to track performance against budgets.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payment and collection.
• Prepare and analyze reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Create financial forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and reporting processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in auditing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Quickbooks and SAP software.
