Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Accountant who will drive inventory accuracy, standard costing and financial analysis in a complex manufacturing environment.

This on-site role requires 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong inventory and variance analysis skills, costing expertise, and ERP system proficiency, with collaboration across operations and leadership on forecasting and process improvements.

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Accountant who can play a key role in driving inventory accuracy, standard costing, financial analysis, and operational decision support across a complex manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting, strong inventory and variance analysis expertise, costing, and experience working within an ERP system.

You’ll collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams, gaining visibility across production, inventory management, forecasting, process improvements, and key business initiatives.

Salary range ($105-125k + Bonus), and is 100% on-site.
