Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities with timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare schedules and support documentation for audits and tax reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Review accounting processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with operations and department leaders to provide financial support and analysis.
• Assist with cash management and treasury activities.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes and collections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting month-end close activities, and providing financial insights that help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities
