Job summary

Daher LLC, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Senior Accountant to join our U.S. General Ledger Accounting team.

You will ensure accuracy of financial information, support month-end/year-end close, and partner with Finance, AP, AR, Tax, Procurement, and Corporate Accounting teams. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany and consolidation support, IFRS compliance, fixed assets, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in general ledger accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• IFRS experience and CPA designation (or progress toward certification) are preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and other month-end transactions.
• Perform account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidation support.
• Assist with financial reporting and ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting activities.
• Support internal and external audits, tax reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvements and participate in system and reporting enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
