Job summary

Frederick Fox is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed industrial services and manufacturing business to recruit a Senior Accountant who wants more than just their next accounting role. This is a high-visibility position working closely with senior finance leadership, with a genuine progression path that can lead toward Accounting Manager or Controller.

The role is not remote; you must be onsite in Fairless Hills, five days per week, offering broad exposure across month‑end close,

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of accounting experience and a accounting/finance degree.
• Public accounting/audit foundation strongly preferred.
• Some subsequent industry accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, construction, HVAC, field services or other job-costing exposure desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system.
• Hands-on mentality with progression toward leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform job costing and variance analysis.
• Handle fixed assets and depreciation.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
• Support multi-entity operations and process improvements.
