Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in a hybrid role, with two to three days per week in the Fairfax, VA office. The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and provides comprehensive benefits across all employment types.

The Senior Accountant will help maintain financial statements, support audits, and manage accounts payable and general ledger activities while contributing to internal controls and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance
• Healthcare experience preferred
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Support external audit
• Oversee accounts payable operations
• Reconcile and review General Ledger accounts for GAAP accuracy
• Review corporate prepared financial statements and month-end journal entries
• Review and reconcile bank statements
• Establish and maintain internal controls and processes
• Participate in budget preparation and audits
• Provide financial support to management and multiple departments
• Manage payroll processing and confidential information

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for aSenior Accountant to join our team atUS Fertility working a hybrid schedule including two to three days per week in our Fairfax, Virgina office.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Compensation:$95,000 to $100,000 salary (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Senior Accountant will:

• Maintain the accurate and timely dissemination of financial statements and reports
• Support and facilitate external audit
• Oversee accounts payable operations
• Reconcile and review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAP
• Review corporate prepared financial statements for accuracy and prepare month end journal entries
• Review and prepare bank reconciliations
• Establish and maintain systems and internal controls
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
• Provide financial support to management and multiple departments
• Review payroll processing
• Maintain and protect operations by keeping all pertinent information confidential
• Manage financial close cycle and variance analysis
• Oversee accounts payable
• Participate in department budget preparation and compliance
• Participate in internal and external audits

What You’ll Bring
