Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly general ledger close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, account analyses, and operational reporting for leadership review.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger system integrity.
• Ensure accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits and assist with year-end financial reporting and compliance processes.

This position offers exposure to financial reporting, month-end close, analysis, audits, and operational accounting within an established organization in the Akron area.
