What You’ll Be Doing
  • General Accounting & Close: Lead core accounting activities such as month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Production Finance Support: Monitor budgets, track spending, and support project‑level financial needs across productions.
  • AP / AR & Cash Flow: Process invoices and expenses, maintain vendor records, and support healthy cash flow.
  • Compliance & Systems: Contribute to internal controls, audits, and system optimization.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience—preferably within entertainment, production, or a vendor‑heavy environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with GAAP, QuickBooks, Bill.com, Ramp, and Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with creative, operations, and production teams.
