Plan2Placement is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in North Hollywood to identify a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in supporting financial operations during an exciting phase of growth.

This is a hybrid opportunity offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, and visibility with leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
• Support audits and process improvements as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA or CPA-track a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
