We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Brandon, FL. Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries for assigned accounts
• Perform and analyze monthly account reconciliations, ensuring a full understanding of account activity and timely resolution of reconciling items
• Participate in monthly financial statement reviews with finance leadership and operations teams; lead discussions on assigned areas
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements in all areas of responsibility
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, including support for 10-Q, 10-K filings, and SOX control testing
• Lead and support ad hoc projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and process improvement
