The Senior Accountant will work directly with the Billing Manager to tackle the growing complexities of Boston Partners’ expanding business opportunities.**Major Responsibilities*** Participate in the billing cycle including invoicing, onboarding new clients, and process improvement.* Support the developing Private Wealth business with reporting, invoicing, and monthly close process.* Review and monitor feeds between systems. (Workday, Revenue Manager, and Addepar)* Assist in the reconciliation and preparation of aged receivable reports.* Follow up on aged receivables resolution with Client Service Associates and Relationship Managers.* Assist with interim and year-end audit with external auditors.* Work closely with various teams internally, and helping Client Service Associates and Relationship Managers with billing related requests from clients.* Assist in the preparation of performance fee invoices.* Research activities regarding technical accounting matters and work with the Billing Manager to resolve.* Analyze the profitability of investment products and vehicles.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.* Six or more years of relevant accounting, preferably within investment management, wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.* Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or relevant similar role.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients, and work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.* Self-motivated; ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet recurring deadlines timely.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to analyze large datasets.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.* CPA is preferred.**Special Requirements*** Ability to work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close periods.* Comfort using approved AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and process improvement.* This position is based in the Boston office and requires in-office attendance five days per week. **Compensation*** The pay range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 annually.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
