  • Assist with forecasts, budgets, and operational decision support by providing inventory, cost, and margin analyses.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing requested schedules, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organized documentation and evidence of controls.
  • Document accounting procedures and internal controls; identify and implement opportunities to improve accuracy, timeliness, automation, and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and cross‑training to accounting and business partners, while serving as a dependable backup for selected general accounting activities.
  • Perform other accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned.

Travel may be required to support local Bethlehem, Pennsylvania sites within approximately 10 miles. Limited additional travel may be requested for training, audits, physical inventories, collaboration with other company locations, or meetings with external partners.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing or product costing concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and analysis of large data sets.
  • Experience with an enterprise resource planning system; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate detailed accounting data into clear business insights and communicate effectively with financial and non‑financial partners.
