Job summary

HUNTER is seeking a Media-savvy Senior Account Supervisor to lead strategic PR programs for a major retail brand. You will drive earned media, guide client counsel, and manage account teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll shape narratives across traditional outlets and next-gen channels, mentor staff, build strong client relationships, and lead integration of analytics to drive performance and growth for the agency and its clients.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years experience in a public relations agency, media relations, or similar position.
• Demonstrated media savvy with strong knowledge of traditional and emerging media landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client PR programs from concept/planning through completion/evaluation.
• Develop and propose strategic, creative ideas and tactical elements for client programs; demonstrate an ability to autonomously handle these responsibilities when needed.
• Ensure that Senior Account Supervisors/Account Supervisors manage account teams and programs to deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
• Anticipate issues; recognize potential fiscal challenges and take action early to remedy them.
• Make recommendations for ways to meet client needs; demonstrate an expertise and understanding of the clients’ marketplace and business.
