Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms).
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience in assessing and achieving client success using business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context to achieve growth goals.
  • Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $103,000-$148,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. Your specific salary will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Achieve growth goals by presenting Google advertising solutions that meet marketing objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses, identifying growth opportunities, managing risks, and planning for multi-quarter success.
  • Develop data-driven analyses and recommendations aligned with customer goals, presenting clear opportunities.
  • Gain knowledge of Google advertising products and their application to customer needs.
