Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a door-to-door sales representative to acquire new residential customers in non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors. The role offers a base salary plus strong incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually. A base requirement is the ability to work lawfully in the U.S.

without sponsorship. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, engaging residents, and educating customers about Spectrum services while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers in assigned MDU properties through door-to-door outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.

• Address customer questions and resolve issues per policy and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' pricing and programs for informed discussions.
• Complete sales documentation and receipts accurately and on time.

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance.
• Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach toacquirenew residential customers
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new oradditionalSpectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, usingappropriate toolsand resources, andfollowthrough to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
• Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions.
• Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results.
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and requiredtimeframes.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)

Working Conditions

• Spend approximately 80% of your time outdoors, walking door-to-door and lifting up to 20 pounds in various weather
• Work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, split days off and holidays

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $33,200.00 and $66,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $55,000.
