About the Role:

As an Senior Account & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring net new logo customers and driving upsell opportunities within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands complex buying cycles, and can balance strategic hunting with consultative account management. Your success will directly impact revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote position. You will report to the Associate Director, Field Sales • CPESG | WK Audit & Assurance, and work under the leadership of the Director, Sales, CP & ESG TeamMate • CPESG | WK Audit & Assurance.

Required Job Qualifications (Min. 2yr+ experience)

  • 2 years in a quota-carrying, full sales cycle role

  • Proven success in acquiring net new logo customers and expanding existing accounts through upsell strategies.

  • Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Experience with consultative selling and value-based sales approaches.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of accounts and activities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, qualify, and close net new logo accounts and upsell opportunities within existing customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive pipeline growth and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the customer organization.

  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos that address specific business challenges.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with moderate autonomy and strategic insight.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pipeline activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.

  • Provide input into forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Compensation and Benefits

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA:: $76,350 - $105,700. This role is eligible for Commission.
