DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic Retail, to oversee and optimize programmatic campaigns in the retail vertical, serving as a strategic partner to clients and guiding Account Managers and Coordinators. This remote-first role requires candidates to be in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience, preferably across CTV, Display, and Video, with exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience within retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, & Best Buy.
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (Amazon, TTD & DV360 preferred), as well as familiarity with Ad Servers.
• A minimum of 3 years’ paid marketing / ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is required.
• Demonstrated experience guiding or mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.

About You

Our Senior Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns with a high level of media-buying expertise and operational excellence within our retail vertical. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, manage complex campaigns, and provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their development and ensure strong team performance.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40‑hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.

US Remote Range

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
