Senior Account Manager - Poultry
(Southeast US Based, Remote)
The Senior Account Manager - Poultry utilizes advanced sales and interpersonal skills to represent dsm-firmenich Nutritional Products Inc. to:
- all species of livestock producers, feed manufacturers, distributors, and independent nutrition and health consultants within a designated geographic territory;
- builds relationships of confidence and trust between dsm-firmenich and customers;
- promotes and sells dsm-firmenich vitamins, eubiotics, phytogenics, mycotoxin mitigants, and proprietary products in accordance with current policies and programs to meet business objectives;
- provides market and customer intelligence to the Sales Director and other disciplines within dsm-firmenich;
- represents dsm-firmenich at industry events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell dsm-firmenich quality vitamins, premixes, eubiotics, phytogenics, mycotoxin mitigants, and proprietary nutritional solutions directly to large and regional integrators, feed mills, and nutrition consultants in the designated area.
- Create and maintain preferred relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations, utilizing dsm-firmenich's Technical Marketing and Management support.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to achieve volume and pricing targets.
- Develop and implement projects within the CRM Project Funnel according to schedule.
- Provide management with relevant market data, including competitive pricing, industry demand, and market trends.
- Deliver presentations to enhance customer knowledge of dsm-firmenich products and strengthen brand presence.
- Quote prices and develop commercial proposals aligned with strategy.
- Prospect for new customers and business opportunities, promoting innovation.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in production, technology, or a related business field.
- Proven experience in industry communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or poultry production.
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of industry markets, products, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
