SourceCode Communications LLC, a fast-growing PR firm, seeks a Senior / Account Manager with 6-8 years of professional PR experience to lead day-to-day client programs for technology brands. You will translate complex tech into media-friendly narratives, identify opportunities, and guide junior team members to drive KPIs.

You’ll build media and influencer engagement strategies, craft materials, manage campaigns to scope and budget, pursue new business, and mentor colleagues across teams.

Formación

• 6-8 years of professional PR Account Management experience, including mentoring junior PR professionals.
• Proven ability to translate complex technologies into media-friendly narratives to meet KPIs.
• Clear examples of secured Tier‑1 media coverage in national business media, trade/verticalized media and general business media.

Responsabilidades

• Identify media opportunities and use analytics to tell differentiated stories.
• Build and implement media and influencer engagement strategies and secure coverage.
• Lead client calls, guide and mentor, and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Develop written materials: press releases, pitches, client emails, and byline articles.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered to scope, budget and staffing goals.
• Pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members for success.
