Compensation Range : $100,000-120,000 + $100,000-120,000 Commissions (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at Quid, you won’t just manage relationships — you’ll lead strategic growth across a portfolio of Life Sciences clients. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded operator who thrives on identifying whitespace and turning insights into impact. While retention matters, your core focus will be on expansion — upsells, cross-sells, and deepening strategic partnerships.

You’ll manage and grow high-value accounts across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. Success in this role means owning your book of business, navigating complex organizations, and becoming a trusted advisor to leaders across R&D, commercial, and medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Life Sciences industry, including top pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, medical affairs, commercial, and strategy functions

Develop tailored account plans that align Quid’s capabilities with client goals, including use cases such as competitive intelligence, innovation scouting, clinical landscape monitoring, or patient journey analysis

Lead renewal and upsell motions, navigating complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder processes

Provide consultative thought partnership, embedding Quid insights into key decision workflows

Stay up to date on Life Sciences trends, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics to inform and support client strategies

Deliver high-impact business reviews and planning sessions that reflect your understanding of the Life Sciences landscape and your client’s position within it

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure delivery excellence

Share industry insights internally to support product development and marketing strategies

Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members and help shape best practices for managing Life Sciences accounts

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or analytics company, with at least 2+ years supporting Life Sciences clients

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech organizations, including how cross-functional teams use data for strategic decision-making

Proven success in managing complex, multi-threaded accounts and driving retention and growth

Hunter mindset with ability to independently spot and pursue growth opportunities

Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., Directors, VPs, and Medical / Scientific leaders)

Comfortable with data storytelling and aligning product solutions to business needs

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; strong forecasting and pipeline management skills

Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus
