Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Account Manager - Kitchen Equipment Maintenance.

The role will be hybrid in structure with travel with the ideal candidate based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a high standard of service and communication to maintain the client base.
  2. Manipulate data for internal business reviews and meetings.
  3. Perform ongoing analysis of the business portfolio by evaluating vendor, client, and sector financial performance.
  4. Manage internal resources to resolve field issues.
  5. Serve as a liaison between clients and sectors to ensure effective communication.
  6. Manage service suppliers and review repair quotes for accuracy.
  7. Review preventive maintenance reports and collaborate with on-site clients.
  8. Quote and order replacement kitchen equipment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of managing and coordinating multiple facilities services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  2. Bachelor's Degree OR 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Equipment Manager in commercial kitchen equipment service.
  3. Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex business reviews to clients.
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment for sound decision-making.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
