Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Specialist, Account Management to manage a personal book of business and support Tier 1 Crypto/iGaming accounts. You will lead pricing negotiations, identify merchant needs, and provide data-driven recommendations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Integration and Product teams to drive merchant initiatives, deliver a first-class experience, and present business reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in a customer-oriented role, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Direct Payments experience or strong interest/experience in Crypto or iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Target driven with previous experience managing and working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate curiosity about the payments industry, customer business models, and growth strategy.
• Self-starter, highly independent and able to manage a large revenue budget across global time zones.
• Exceptional communication, strong project management skills, and comfort with large data sets.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage a personal book of business and support Senior Managers on Tier 1 Crypto/iGaming accounts.
• Commercial Growth: Identify merchant needs, lead pricing negotiations, and up-sell/cross-sell value-added products.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations using internal visualization tools.
• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate operational processes and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Integration, Product teams.
• Ambassadorship: Represent product in QBRs, road mapping, and business reviews for Tier 1 accounts.
