This role involves developing strategic goals, executing long-term business plans, and promoting the Innvictis brand. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in the industry, demonstrating strong planning and communication skills. This position allows for remote work in the USA.

Summary
The Senior Account Manager will ensure long term success by creating and implementing both short and long term strategic goals, launch new products, and develop sound territory plans from an overall business perspective. The role will be responsible to drive demand of the Innvictis branded products through SGS retail & wholesale outlets. The preferred candidate would sit in one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma or New Mexico.
In-depth knowledge of the Agribusiness products portfolio, manufacturing, product costs, logistics cost, territories, customers, geographies, competitor products and capabilities. Knowledge of the agricultural marketplace, industry, purchasing, and logistics. A comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing functions. Good planning, customer service and communication skills are essential. Is self-motivated and works without direct supervision. Good ability to lead and influence others effectively. Has a wide network of strong relationships externally and internally.
