Senior Account Manager

Senior Relationship Manager, Digital Services – Americas

Location: US remote

Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 USD (OTE)

The Opportunity

Join Worldline as a Senior Relationship Manager and play a key role in shaping our growth across the Americas in the dynamic digital services sector. Based in the U.S., you’ll work with leading clients, driving revenue growth by strengthening existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers succeed with Worldline’s solution stack. Your expertise in payments and SaaS will position Worldline as the go-to partner for innovative, reliable solutions.

We’re looking for a relationship builder with strong commercial acumen—someone who thrives in a strategic role and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key initiatives that directly impact our success.

This role includes up to 25% travel and offers the chance to be part of a high-performing, industry-recognized team.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Represent Worldline’s full portfolio of brands with assigned Digital customers developing tailored value propositions that align with customer needs
  • Work with our customers to build an understanding of their roadmap and future-proof the relationship by proactively accommodating their payment needs
  • Perform ongoing analysis and review of business trends to identify opportunities.
  • Leadcommercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuringto maximize revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of the annual operating plan & forecast process, collaborating with Finance, Business Units and Business Development Managers
  • Make regular headquarter buyer calls, identify customer needs/priorities and craft fact-based selling presentations for assigned accounts
  • Boost all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and delivering against revenue targetsLeverage data-driven and use data analysis to identify areas where we can drive client revenue growth
  • Work cross-functionally with product, compliance, marketing, and operations teamsto support a superior customer experience and Company initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to enhanceclient engagement strategies and optimize sales processes
  • Providemarket feedbackto help shape Worldline’s product roadmap and service enhancements

  • You’ve developed trusted partnerships with global merchants and built long-term relationships at a senior level to ensure we are the key payment processor for their online business
  • You create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability of our customers
  • You are the go-to for our customers to navigate through our company, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • You maximize growth by increasing the share of wallet and deliver additional revenue streams by up-selling new products and value-added services.
  • You deliver the best solution after evaluating alternative methods and explore the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, materials, and equipment
  • You possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are made
  • You understand and seek business problems specific to our company

Skills We Can't Do Without

  • 4+ years of experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management
  • Strong commercial drive and eCommerce/Fintech market knowledge
  • Skilled negotiator with best-in-class communication and presentation skills
  • Deep interest in team building and collaboration
  • An abiding interest in the Fintech space
  • You thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment
  • Ability to developcompelling value propositionsand communicate the benefits of Worldline’s solutions.
  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Skills We'd Like To Have

  • Commercial experience in payments, FinTech, or e-commerce
  • Ability to analyse data combined with in-market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas, and strategies.
  • Experience working in amultinational and matrixed environment, collaborating across teams and geographies.
  • Ability to lead your own personal travel schedule and T&E budget.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office pack.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • University degree
