About the Role

The role involves managing key account customers and driving customer retention and expansion while collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Take care of the key account customer base, overseeing all commercial aspects, including upselling and customer retention.
  • Drive Customer Retention & Expansion, aiming to increase the net retention of your business book with quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop effective sales strategies and actionable plans.
  • Lead the complete sale cycle, from outbound lead generation to successfully closing deals.
  • Act as the point of brand and category expertise for key account customers, serving as a trusted business advisor.
