Supervise employees assisting on the account(s). Identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies based on market trends and client data. Work together to achieve account objectives with a focus on results. **Responsibilities:*** Serve as the key point of contact with the customer.* Focus the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customer's current and future needs.* Help identify opportunities where Performance Team services fit the customer's ongoing business strategy.* Speaks with customers by phone or in person and receives instructions for shipment, storing, delivery, or general processing.* Coordinates with warehouse personnel to oversee incoming and outgoing account activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments. Complies with records of orders, adjusts errors and resolves complaints.* Projects changes in account activity and plans labor requirements accordingly.
