Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a coordinator to manage and streamline activities related to major accounts from its 1st shift, 100% onsite in Stockton. You will liaise with customers, supervisors, and warehouse staff, ensuring accurate scheduling, billing, and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, an eye for detail, and prior experience in supply chain or distribution. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is essential; 60k–70k salary is offered with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 1–2 years related experience) and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, or distribution is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Analytical thinker with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software systems (YMS/TMS/WMS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact with the customer and coordinate shipments.
• Communicate instructions for shipment, storage, and processing.
• Oversee inbound/outbound activities with warehouse staff for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present daily/monthly KPI reports and labor projections.
• Coordinate billing, paperwork, and required documents for dock operations.
• Train new office staff and support special projects as needed.

Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Schedule: 1st Shift - Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm - 100% onsite position

Summary

Manage and coordinate activities related to major account(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact with the customer.
• Speaks with customers by phone or in person and receives instructions for shipment, storing, delivery, or general processing.
• Coordinates with warehouse personnel to oversee incoming and outgoing account activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Error and complaint resolution.
• Projects changes in account activity and plans labor requirements accordingly.
• Submits written and/or verbal reports on activity and projected labor expenses.
• Data Entry to include inbound and outbound schedule development and creation.
• Coordinate billing and special requirements as needed.
• Coordinate the administration and paper flow of required documents to the dock operations.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Maintain and assign workflow to dock operations.
• Handle, coordinate, and follow up on all special projects.
• Follow up on all past due monies related to the account.
• Prepare daily and monthly KPI reports.
• Train new office associates.
• Process shipments via customer portals.
• Update and manage proof of delivery, prepare files for billing.
• Communicate with Management any concerns and/or issues that may impact the company.
• Communicate with Management any ideas and solutions that may benefit the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in supply chain, transportation, or distribution required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, and service providers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and proven experience in relationship management through business change and growth.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Extremely proficient with MS Office programs and strong overall system skills (YMS, TMS, WMS).

Education or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

$60,000-$70,000*

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
