SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Women's Sportswear (Hybrid)

A leading women's apparel company is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Women’s Sportswear. Must be a strong seller with emerging ideas. Must have experience selling to TJX, OFF Price, and Clubs. Responsible for merchandising and work closely with cross functional team executing strategies and initiatives expanding the business. Build strong customer relationships and work with upper management. This is an exciting opportunity with tremendous opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing and maintaining both new and existing accounts in Women’s Sportswear. Experience with TJX, Clubs and all tiers of distribution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies achieving financial plans
  • Partner with retailers and execute key brand strategy and initiatives
  • Analyze brand positioning, target new business for additional opportunities.
  • Present the current collection to Buyers, Upper Management and Product Development team
  • Work closely with cross functional team to develop an execute market strategies for each season
  • Coordinate with design on current sales trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with merchandising team creating product assortment plans, and line plans adhering to a calendar.

Skills

  • 7 Plus years selling, merchandising, and building a licensed brand
  • Experience selling Sportswear- Woven's and Cut Sew Knits, and Denim
  • Strong financial acumen analytic skills and knowledge of retail math.
  • Proven track record of sales in a leadership role preferably in dresses.
  • Travel to accounts
  • MS Office and Microsoft Excel
  • BA Degree in Fashion, Marketing or Business
