What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully & self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment
  • Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships
  • Develop infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
  • Manage relationships within a partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
  • Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
  • Strong desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to present and communicate effectively
