Your new role - Senior Account Executive - US

Location: Illinois, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota (Remote - must be based in one of these US states)

Potential Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 OTE (50/50 split)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding US Sales team and help revolutionize the industry. Your role involves collaborating with potential customers to understand their needs and how Cognigy can assist them.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new Fortune 500 enterprise clients across various industries within the specified US states.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Develop and review territory plans to meet business goals.
  • Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage with senior executives using a consultative, value-centric approach.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs effectively.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities.

Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably with CCaaS and/or CAI solutions.
  • A proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas and closing six- and seven-figure deals with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Comfort navigating complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and leverage internal resources effectively.
  • Experience supporting partner channels.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.
