Job description

Ventura Growth, the world’s leading reseller of The Trade Desk, is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our growing national team, with a focus on the Southeast region.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven professional with extensive experience in buy-side programmatic (DSP) advertising and a strong network of agency and direct client relationships.

If you are passionate about digital media, excel at building lasting partnerships, and have in-depth knowledge of the Southeast market, we would love to meet you!

We seek a proven prospector with a successful track record in building a client book and engaging clients creatively.

As an expert in your field, you will have opportunities to mentor other sales team members and play a key role in shaping our department’s growth into 2025.

About Ventura Growth

Founded in 2021, Ventura Growth is the only purpose-built Certified Service Partner (reseller) for The Trade Desk. We are expanding platform access across North America’s mid-market segment.

Based in Denver, Colorado, we are a leading digital media partner for marketers aiming for successful campaigns.

Who You Are
  • Possess 5-8+ years of digital media and/or platform sales experience, preferably with DSP companies such as Basis, Simpli.fi, or StackAdapt; direct experience with The Trade Desk is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute programmatic strategies and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients in your region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, email sequencing tools (Smartlead.ai is a plus), and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to impact growth directly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Become a go-to expert on The Trade Desk platform, guiding clients during prospecting and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of new agency and direct client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong partnerships.
  • Lead discovery meetings and product demos with support from our Trading team.
  • Act as a liaison between business development and internal teams to ensure client success.
  • Secure new partnerships through MSA contracts and coordinate with Account Management and Trading teams for onboarding and growth.
  • Develop strategic plans with the Client Services team to promote client growth.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Engage in regional industry events, client visits, and training sessions.
  • Travel approximately 1-2 times per month, including overnight stays.
