Who You Are

You are an IT sales professional with a few years of experience, passionate about selling, developing client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You have quickly risen to the top of your sales class with a proven ability to face challenges and a strong competitive drive.

You are tired of prospecting in over-saturated territories with limited growth opportunities and seek a role that offers the freedom to create your own success.

About The Role

You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will receive coaching and tools to help build your success within a growing company with ample career advancement opportunities.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Generate opportunities using various sales techniques
  • Adopt a solution-focused approach to selling and create value for clients
  • Maintain rapport with key decision-makers
  • Drive revenue and develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM, including daily/weekly activities, pipeline, and forecast
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies
  • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation
  • Other duties as needed

Desired skills and experience:

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant IT sales experience
  • Field-based sales experience at a VAR is a plus
  • Experience selling top IT infrastructure and/or security solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Strong business acumen to identify client needs and position solutions

Candidates must reside in the United States, specifically in the San Francisco, CA area. This is a remote position.

In NYC, the base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, plus profit-sharing and commissions. Compensation varies elsewhere.
