Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada, seeking a Senior Account Executive who will drive growth through both project engagements and ongoing marketing services. You will collaborate with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts.

This consultative hunter role rewards a confident communicator with virtual selling, deep discovery, and the ability to manage complex multi-step sales cycles from discovery to close.

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
