Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Account Executive (Closer) at Blacksmith, you will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and generate new business while growing existing client relationships.

You will lead consultative discovery, develop solutions, and align with stakeholders across multiple decision makers. This role requires experience managing long, structured deals and a strong executive presence in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
